These
photos photos are of A E Prince
who raced his Cooper Mk VII from 1957 -61. It is now owned by David Whiteside who wants to
know of its early history from 53-57. Unlike other MK6/7 cars, apart from the Beart
cars, the parallel chassis tubes are braced with tubes not perforated strip. Prince was a
panel beater and sprayer, so he may have reshaped, lowered, the body. It is easily
distinguished by the offset filler and the aluminium deflector screen. Who made the
changes? Was someone producing a body update? Let us know if you recognise it!
