Eiler competed in an Effyh, beginning in 1949, winning Tysslandabacken in June. Another win at Klevaliden in May 1950, third at Hedemora on the 16th July and and a win at Solvallaloppet on the 20th.

He won at Jonkoping in June '51 and '52 plus a fifth at Helsinki in May. By 1954 the car was becoming dated and he moved to a Cooper Mk VII, finishing fourth at Vaxjo on 16th May, third at Hedemora, winning the first heat at Eslov in August and Gellerasen then a win at Karlskoga in October.
