| AGM & Prizegiving 28th November 2004 | |
| A good turnout
of members met at the Thistle Hotel, Cheltenham for the Annual General Meeting and
Prizegiving. Following the adoption of 2003 minutes, formal reports and approval of accounts, elections were held for the 2005 positions. Duncan Rabagliati, Roy Hunt, Colin Rawlinson, David Docherty, Richard Fry, Paul Harris and Tony Shearman were re-elected and joined by Bob Culver (Historic Race) and Rodney Cummings (Registrar). Richard Fry takes on a new role of Promotion Manager and has promised to bring beer to every race! Details of the committee are on the Who's Who page. Charlie Smith volunteered to assist members with technical enquiries and we should soon have a new magazine editor, Ruth Ross, to help ensure a more regular circulation. After lunch, the prizegiving was followed by a talk on the new FIA historic vehicle accreditation by Jeremy Hall who has been involved in the development of the new Historic Technical Passport and Heritage Certificate. The Club would like to thank him for such an informative presentation.
